South America
This week, the children looked at their new journey.
Then, they recapped their knowledge of lines of latitude as well as the oceans and four grid references to describe how they could locate South America.
French: Notre Monde
Year 6 started their new topic about Our World. We learnt how to say the names of the continents and rivers.We labelled the continents on a map and created sentences about where some rivers are. We then wrote down the sentences on our map with help of an atlas.
