French: We are explorers
Year 6 were introduced to new vocabulary taken from the journey of the Congo River. We learnt how to say the weather in the future tense. We then wrote sentences using the new vocabulary and the future tense weather.
French: Notre Monde
Year 6 started their new topic about Our World. We learnt how to say the names of the continents and rivers.We labelled the continents on a map and created sentences about where some rivers are. We then wrote down the sentences on our map with help of an atlas.
