Extreme Earth

 This week, the children have begun their new journey learning about the Earth. 

Their first lesson was identifying how the lines of latitude and longitude can have an effect on climate. 

Using a climate map, the children researched different climate graphs showing the average temperature as well as precipitation. From there, they used their knowledge to match pictures to a definition and a graph. Some great discussions were heard around the classroom to justify their thinking.
